Ticket sales for Morocco’s AFCON 2027 qualifier against Gabon, set for Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat, opened Saturday exclusively through the Webook platform and app, with seven price categories ranging from 100 dirhams to 20,000 dirhams for a private Skybox.
Sales opened roughly six days before kickoff, giving supporters a limited window to secure seats. The fixture, part of Group A alongside Niger and Lesotho, will be played at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat, marking Morocco’s first home match of the qualifying campaign. Morocco’s national team is nicknamed the Atlas Lions after the country’s famous mountain range.
Tickets are being sold exclusively through the Webook electronic platform, with the official Webook application serving as a second digital channel. No physical points of sale have been announced, as organizers opted for a fully digital system, promoted as a way to guarantee a secure and streamlined purchasing process for fans. Each ticket corresponds to a numbered seat inside the stadium, and standard-category tickets are delivered electronically through the app.
Prices span seven categories. The three standard tiers are set at 100 dirhams for third category, 200 dirhams for second category, and 300 dirhams for first category. Hospitality and premium options start at 1,000 dirhams for a lounge ticket, followed by 1,500 dirhams for a VIP grandstand seat and 2,000 dirhams for a VVIP grandstand seat.
The most expensive option, a private Skybox ticket, costs 20,000 dirhams — 200 times the price of the cheapest ticket, with the gap between the lowest and highest prices standing at 19,900 dirhams.
Morocco enters the match under new head coach Mohamed Ouahbi, who will oversee his first competitive fixture in charge of the national team. Gabon, reportedly coached by Thierry Migné, will next face Niger on 29 September 2026, while Morocco travel to Lesotho on the same date.
The Confederation of African Football confirmed the Rabat venue as part of the official schedule for the qualifying round’s opening matches.
